Red Krayola - Northsix $12

If you, like me, missed Red Krayola last week, you have yet another chance tonight. Mayo Thompson is out with an all-star indie lineup featuring John McEntire (Tortoise, Sea and Cake, etc.) and David Grubbs (Squirrel Bait, Gastr Del Sol) and reports have been excellent. Expect a combination of old and new material and perhaps guests. To get an idea of what the band is like now, forty years down the road, check out the media samples that follow. If you still need more convincing, go here to read my in-depth profile from a few days ago.
