THE CRAMPS
BAD MUSIC FOR BAD PEOPLE
IRS 1984
While you can now get the tracks from Gravest Hits with
the CD reissue of Psychedelic Jungle, a number of these
tunes can only be found on this compilation and Off the Bone.
The single mix of “Goo Goo Muck” appears only here.
Hasil Adkin’s “She Said“ was recorded at the Psychedelic
Jungle session. “New Kind of Kick” and “Save
It,” two of Kid’s proudest guitar moments, and two of
the better Cramps recordings, were initially found only on the B-Side
of The Crusher 12” EP. With each new generation, it difficult
to find anyone born since the late 1960s that didn't have at least
a little taste of this in high school - and were never the same
for it. Maybe its more than the cover…
